-You can place your order by e-mail:

Please send me a simple e-mail with the details of your order with a scan of the photo(s). If you have to do the scan in a multi service office, ask the person that will do the job to save the file in a dedicated Web format; usually JPEG is the most suitable. This solution allows me to quickly let you know if your photo is good enough to work with and if I need some more documents or information.

-How to pay:

-You pay your deposit by credit card directly from the links below using PayPal secure server.The transaction is fast and safe.

-You can place your order by mail:

Please print and mail the "Order form” with the original photo(s) (or copy) to the indicated address, then go to the credit card page for your deposit.

What about the balance?

Pastel portraits usually take about 2 weeks to finish, this may vary during busy seasons like Christmas time, Eastern, or Mother day.

Once the portrait done, you will receive a preview by e-mail so you can be sure it looks like you expected. Only at this moment, you pay the balance the same way you did for your deposit. Your portrait will be sent by UPS, FEDEX or DHL You should receive it within 1 to 2 weeks if you are located overseas.

The portrait is sent in a tube, framing is not included and not recommended before shipping. Your photos will be returned with your portrait, you will get also all the needed information for framing which are very important to keep your portrait in a good statement along the years. As you surely know, an Artist retain all rights to artwork created.
